In serving the most vulnerable in our communities, financial assistance programs are open to families and individuals who:

  • have lost their jobs or reduced their income.
  • are not eligible for unemployment or other programs.
  • are undocumented or have mixed-status families.

When the COVID-19 outbreak arrived, hundreds of our neighbors lost their jobs and called us for help. People from Santa Cruz, Monterey, San Benito and San Luis Obispo Counties call everyday asking for help with rent, utilities, immigration services, food access, and health insurance. Many are parents who work in agriculture, hospitality, food, and other service industries. Our dedicated staff adjusted delivery of services to help our brothers and sisters in need.

This work is made possible thanks to the caring community of donors, foundation grants, and volunteers who quickly answered the call to help families and individuals as Christ calls us to.

Thank you donors, foundations, and organizations for supporting our COVID-19 relief efforts!

Thank you for your caring heart and generosity! Together we will continue to provide help and create hope in our communities!
